Isla Monstro, an adult animated sci-fi horror comedy from Abyssmal Entertainment and The Nacelle Company, releases globally on June 30, 2026, on Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Google Play, and additional digital platforms.

The film is directed by Steven Shea and follows Duke, an opportunist who stumbles upon a classified government island teeming with monstrous experiments. Instead of running, Duke hatches a plan to transform the island into a luxury resort — setting up a collision between human greed and whatever nightmares have been quietly evolving on the island’s shores.

The voice cast pulls heavily from beloved animated and genre television, featuring Spencer Grammer (Futurama), Harland Williams, Will Friedle (Boy Meets World), Harry Lennix (Man of Steel), Juliana Harkavy (Arrow), and John DiMaggio (Futurama, Disenchantment). The Nacelle Company — known for its work preserving and expanding genre television history — is handling distribution.

The film is the first piece of a larger Isla Monstro universe, with a comic series, video game app, and merchandise line all in development.

Isla Monstro arrives on major digital platforms June 30, 2026.
