Indican Pictures has announced that Jacked, the 1980s-set horror-thriller from debut director John Fucile, arrives On Demand on June 30, 2026. DVD and Blu-ray editions are also on the way.

Set in the summer of 1987, Jacked follows Lindsay and Jay — two small-town teenagers returning from a perfect day at the lake — when their car breaks down and leaves them stranded. What starts as a bad night turns lethal when they cross paths with a violent stalker. Based on actual events, the film runs 75 minutes and was shot in a 2.55 Scope ratio, giving it an atmospheric widescreen look that leans into its retro thriller roots.
John Fucile directs from a screenplay he co-wrote with Simon Fraser. The cast includes Marla Robison, Tom Koch, Anthony Cipriani, Wynn Reichert, Kam Perez, and Bella Marie Fucile.
Jacked earned strong notices on the festival circuit before landing at Indican: it took home Best Thriller at the Toronto Independent Film Festival and Best Drama Film at the Oregon Independent Film Festival, and screened as an Official Selection at both the Syracuse International Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival. Rue Morgue called it “Riveting,” and the CTV Morning Show said it was “Full of suspense and at times scary.”
Jacked arrives On Demand on June 30, 2026 via Indican Pictures. DVD and Blu-ray editions are coming soon.
