Lionsgate and Suretone Pictures have released the official trailer for Do Not Enter, a supernatural horror thriller based on David Morrell’s bestselling novel Creepers. The film follows a group of urban explorers who infiltrate the long-abandoned Paragon Hotel in New Jersey in search of a rumored $300 million fortune—only to be met with both dangerous rivals and otherworldly threats.

Directed by acclaimed music video veteran Marc Klasfeld, the film marks his feature debut after decades of work with artists like Beyoncé, Eminem, and Lady Gaga. Klasfeld expressed deep personal investment in the project, stating he has waited “decades to find the right feature film.”

Do Not Enter is written by Stephen Susco (The Grudge) and produced by Suretone Pictures Chairman Jordan Schur, who described the film as the result of “a decade of development” and a collaboration with a “gifted director” and “timeless book.”

The cast is led by Adeline Rudolph (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Mortal Kombat 2), Nicholas Hamilton (IT), Francesca Reale (Stranger Things), Jake Manley (The Order), and Laurence O’Fuarain (The Witcher: Blood Origin). Supporting roles feature Kai Caster, Shane Paul McGhie, Brennan Keel Cook, and Javier Botet as the Pale Creature.

The story follows a group known as the Creepers, livestreaming their exploration of the Paragon Hotel—a site with a haunted reputation. As tensions rise and hidden dangers surface, the team must confront not only each other but forces far beyond their control.

Lionsgate’s Eda Kowan emphasized the studio’s enthusiasm for the partnership: “We are excited to work with Jordan and the team at Suretone along with Marc Klasfeld to bring this supernatural adventure thriller to audiences everywhere.”

David Morrell, best known for First Blood, the novel that launched the Rambo franchise, provides the original source material for the film.
