Quiver Distribution has announced a limited U.S. theatrical run and VOD release for The 3 Killer Pigs, a retro-styled creature feature horror film directed by Thomas J. Churchill (The Salem Chronicles, the Amityville Trilogy). The film opens in New York City on September 25, 2026, ahead of its nationwide VOD release on October 23, timed for Halloween season.
The 3 Killer Pigs follows a local farmer who resorts to extreme measures to reclaim his livestock — triggering a blood oath that brings the killer pigs back to where their nightmare began. Described as an homage to Italian genre director Dario Argento, the film leans into an eerie retro aesthetic with a score from Argento collaborator Marco Werba and creature effects by Emmy Award winner Marcel Banks and Anaglyph Studios.
Starring veteran television actor and director Anson Williams alongside Brian Austin Green and the late Robert Carradine, the film also marks feature film debuts from Rachel Pizzolato (Waxman, MythBusters Jr) and Sharna Burgess (Dancing with the Stars). The ensemble cast further includes William McNamara (Copycat), Sadie Katz (Wrong Turn 6), Robert LaSardo (The Mule), and Cody Renee Cameron (El Camino), among others.
The film carries additional emotional weight as one of Robert Carradine’s final screen projects. Carradine, whose career spanned more than five decades with credits including Revenge of the Nerds and The Long Riders, passed away in February 2026 at the age of 71. His last public appearance was at a sneak peek screening for The 3 Killer Pigs at the American Film Market in November 2025.
