Zombie Joe’s Underground Theatre Group returns with a new live horror production, Nightmare Streetscapes, opening for a limited two-weekend run in North Hollywood beginning February 27, 2026.
Directed by Zombie Joe, the 45-minute theatrical experience invites audiences into a dreamlike landscape that blurs the boundaries between lucid nightmares and urban isolation. The production is staged as an immersive horror-theatre event, exploring themes of fear, rebirth, and psychological descent.
The cast features Brian Lozano Aguilar, Ruixue Chen, Kyle Donovan, Madison Hubler, Marielli Manoudaki, Aynur Nova, Clay Sanchez, and Vadim Zim. The show is recommended for audiences 17 and older due to mature themes, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Performances run Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 8:30 p.m., February 27 through March 8, 2026, at the ZJU Theatre Group space on Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood. Advance tickets are priced at $20, with $25 tickets available at the door.
