SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort will host a series of limited-time experiences celebrating the upcoming release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.

The activation begins March 10—known as MAR10 Day—and will continue through April 13, offering themed food, character appearances, merchandise, and photo opportunities tied to the film’s April 1 theatrical release from Universal Pictures.

One of the centerpiece experiences will be a meet-and-greet with the fan-favorite character Yoshi, appearing for a limited time inside SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at both parks. Guests can also sample specialty menu items inspired by the film’s cosmic setting, including the Rosalina Cupcake—a blue velvet dessert filled with blueberry cheesecake and topped with lemon buttercream—and Galaxy Popcorn, a berry-flavored multicolored snack with edible glitter.

Visitors will also find exclusive merchandise connected to the film. Among the items are interactive shoulder pals based on the Luma characters, available in blue and yellow versions. The figures feature light and sound effects and respond to each other when placed nearby.

Additional themed photo opportunities will appear at Universal CityWalk Hollywood and Universal CityWalk Orlando, where guests can step into a galaxy-inspired setting designed for photos tied to the new film.

Fans visiting the destinations will also have the opportunity to see the movie when it opens April 1 at Universal Cinema and Universal Cinemark at CityWalk Orlando.
