Quiver Distribution has announced the digital and on-demand release of Gaskins: The Hitchhiker Killer on August 28. The true crime horror-thriller dramatizes the story of Donald “Pee-Wee” Gaskins, an American serial killer from South Carolina who stabbed, shot, drowned, and poisoned more than a dozen victims. Before investigators discovered eight bodies buried in shallow graves near Gaskins’ home, he had already accumulated a long criminal history of assault and burglary convictions.
The film stars Taylor Stiles, Shena Verrett, Warren Levi Haney, Carlie Maze, and James Roseman. Chris Helton directs from a screenplay by JL Goddard. Helton, Sydney Helton, and Taylor Stiles produce.
Gaskins: The Hitchhiker Killer arrives on digital and on demand August 28, 2026.
