The Telluride Horror Show has unveiled the full lineup for its 16th annual festival, returning October 10–12, 2025, in the mountain town of Telluride, Colorado. Over the course of three days, audiences will experience a curated program of genre cinema, author events, and community gatherings that have made the festival one of the premier horror celebrations in the United States.

Among this year’s highlights is the Colorado Premiere of Dust Bunny, the highly anticipated feature directorial debut from Bryan Fuller (Hannibal, Pushing Daisies). Starring Mads Mikkelsen, the film tells the story of a young girl who enlists her hitman neighbor to take down the monster she believes destroyed her family. Fuller will be in attendance to present the film.

Another major selection is Shelby Oaks, the NEON Spotlight supernatural mystery from writer-director Chris Stuckmann. The film follows a woman’s search for her missing sister, uncovering sinister forces along the way.

Returning festival alumni the Adams Family—Toby Poser, John Adams, and Zelda Adams—will present Mother of Flies, their fourth feature to screen at Telluride. Known for their distinctive DIY approach and emotionally resonant horror, the family continues to expand their unique filmmaking voice.

In addition, the festival will host an advance screening of three episodes from Season 2 of The Creep Tapes. Building on the legacy of Creep and Creep 2, the new season premieres November 14, 2025, on Shudder and AMC+ and further explores the unsettling mythology of its serial killer through newly unearthed tapes.

The literary side of horror will be strongly represented with guest authors including Grady Hendrix, Stephen Graham Jones, Sarah Langan, Daniel Kraus, Paul Tremblay, and Jeremy Robert Johnson. They will take part in Creepy Campfire Tales, the Horror Summit, and signing sessions throughout the weekend.

Special programming includes the Horror Vault, curated by returning Vault Keeper Jon Davison (RoboCop, Starship Troopers), who will present six classic horror films on 16MM. Meredith Borders, senior editor at FANGORIA, also returns as Guest Host, lending her insight to festival presentations.

With its combination of screenings, author events, and after-hours gatherings across Telluride, the festival promises a weekend of horror exploration at high altitude. Passes are available now at www.telluridehorrorshow.com. Individual tickets will be released at venues shortly before showtimes, pending availability.
