Universal Destinations & Experiences has unveiled new details surrounding Universal Horror Unleashed, its first-ever year-round horror attraction, opening August 14 at the AREA15 District in Las Vegas. The experience will include four immersive haunted houses and four themed zones, anchored by the debut of the Universal Monsters haunted house and additional spaces like Dead Storage and The Boiler bar.

The Universal Monsters haunted house brings together Dracula, The Mummy, Frankenstein’s Monster, and The Bride in one continuous experience. Guests will first pass through the ruins of Van Helsing’s mausoleum before entering interconnected realms rooted in classic horror cinema—ranging from ancient tombs to gothic laboratories.

Just outside the haunted house, the Dead Storage zone immerses visitors in a production warehouse overtaken by forgotten props, cursed artifacts, and nocturnal creatures. Guests will encounter unexpected stunts and interactive moments among creatures like vampires and a transforming werewolf.

The Boiler, a cocktail bar located at the intersection of several horror zones, offers a break from the action while maintaining the industrial horror atmosphere. Lit by a massive flaming machine, the bar serves themed drinks and provides a vantage point to observe the ongoing experience.
