A new psychological horror film is set to make its debut at the Austin Film Festival on October 25. A MOTHER’S LOVE, written and directed by Patrick Q. Roberts, explores the unsettling experiences of a new mother as she grapples with postpartum struggles and the disturbing secrets hidden within her home.

The film stars Emily Hall, Nathan Owens, Abi Van Andel, and Kara Hayward. In A MOTHER’S LOVE, strange occurrences begin to torment a woman shortly after childbirth. Her fragile sense of reality is pushed to the limit when she discovers a dead body hidden within the walls of her family’s dream home—unraveling a web of long-buried secrets.

HorrorBuzz is proud to share an exclusive clip from the film ahead of its Austin Film Festival screening, offering a first look at the tense atmosphere and psychological unease that define Roberts’ vision. Brace yourself. This one is a DOOZY.
