Show Creator, Ryan Murphy, held a panel discussion in Hall H featuring the upcoming season of AHS and his new show Scream Queens. Murphy was joined by Horror Story alums Cathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Matt Bomer along with the inimitable Jamie Lee Curtis of Scream Queens.
Everybody wants to be bad. At least that is the impression we are getting as more is revealed about Season 5 of the FX horror series, American Horror Story: Hotel. Jessica Lange is sitting this season out, allowing a lot more room for a heavy or two in the mix. It seems that her absence has created a sort of feeding frenzy of fiendish demands where multiple actors want to get nasty.
Murphy has been clear that there won’t be musical numbers in Hotel, despite Lady Gaga’s musical background. To make up for the lack of musical razzle-dazzle, Gaga will be going evil. Sarah Paulson, too, will be taking her first stab at playing a bad-guy for the series as she becomes Hypodermic Sally
Paulson declared, “I think what I’m going to do is try to bring Jessica Lange to the show without her being here by just borrowing all her moves,” when she stopped by the Entertainment Weekly Lounge at Comic-Con.
